Deputy Manager Administration

Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in public administration (MPA), Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. 

Experience: 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, security operations, transportation management, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and strengthen day-to-day security monitoring and surveillance operations to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  
  
• Oversee the effective delivery of administrative and employee support services, including canteen operations, transportation, housekeeping, horticulture, fumigation, printing, and security management.
  
  
• Coordinate and facilitate administrative arrangements for company events, meetings, seminars, farewell gatherings, and employee engagement activities.
  
  
• Foster strong collaboration and administrative coordination across all departments to support smooth business operations.
  
  
• Manage the issuance and maintenance of employee uniforms, safety shoes, and other identification and safety-related requirements.
  
  
• Ensure reception areas, offices, kitchens, canteens, washrooms, and other facilities are maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable condition, including arranging alternative water supply when required.
  
  
• Liaise with KEPZ authorities to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility requirements.
  
  
• Conduct awareness sessions and training programs on workplace safety, hygiene standards, and administrative procedures.
  
  
• Maintain accurate administrative records and conduct regular inspections of factory floors and warehouses to ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.
  
  
• Oversee transportation and fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, route optimization, and service efficiency.
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and the requirements of the Midas Safety Management (MSM) System and HSE responsibilities.
