About the job Senior Executive - Warehouse
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Warehouse and Inventory Management processes.
- Proven experience managing inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Accuracy & SAP Compliance
- Ensure all material receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments are posted in SAP S/4HANA without delay.
- Maintain 100% matching between physical inventory and SAP stock through effective controls and cycle counting.
- Ensure real-time data entry and transaction posting for all warehouse activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Receiving & Putaway Operations
- Ensure all received inventory is properly inspected, identified, and put away within pre-approved time of receipt.
- Maintain clear identification and proper storage of all materials to support traceability and efficient retrieval.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to ensure maximum cube utilization of available space.
Production & Sales Support
- Ensure all Ready Boxes are prepared and available by the pre-approved day of every month in accordance with the sales plan received from the Planning Department.
- Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Supply Chain teams to meet operational requirements.
Internal Transfers & Warehouse Execution
- Ensure all internal stock transfers are physically executed and system-posted before pre-approved time each working day.
- Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.
- Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Team Management & Controls
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Establish and maintain high standards of housekeeping, inventory control, and safety.
- Generate and review inventory and operational reports as required.
