Requirements:

  • Qualifications: BE Textiles, MBA Preferred 
  • Experience: 8-10 Years of Experience in Textile Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of Open-End Yarns to achieve and exceed the annual sales target of USD 12 million. Identify and onboard new customers while deepening relationships with existing accounts. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients. Understand their needs, provide technical-commercial solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to secure repeat orders. 
  • Lead the entire Open-End Yarn product portfolio. Manage pricing, costing, and profitability to ensure maximum margins. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. 
  • Work closely with Production, Planning, and Technical teams to communicate effective product recipes, schedule production on frames, and ensure on-time delivery that aligns with sales commitments. 
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual sales plans. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to the management and planning teams. 
  • Oversee the order-to-cash cycle, from inquiry and quotation to order confirmation, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
