Reporting Analyst

Requirements:

ACCA/CA/MBA/BBA Finance (exposure in SAP & reporting is a must)

Responsibilities:

Management Reporting:

1. Prepare monthly management packs, CEO packs, and quarterly board PPT packs.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts and related activities, including balance sheet annexures.
3. Preparation of quarterly Bank packs. Record accruals and provisions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Maintain a closing checklist to ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end processes. 

External Audit & Allied Reporting:

5. Preparation of statutory Accounts Act as Audit coordinator and close audit within stipulated timelines 

Fixed Asset Management: 

6. Record fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
7. Ensure proper capitalization of fixed assets in accordance with accounting standards.
8. Monitor work breakdown structures (WBS) to track fixed asset projects and costs.
9. Ensure adequate asset tagging procedures to maintain proper inventory control.
