About the job Learning and Development Specialist
Requirements:
BSc/BBA/MBA HR with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in Learning and OD. Candidate should have strong ability to analyze learning data and metrics using tools like Power BI to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Prior experience/ understanding in creating and implementing customized development programs and frameworks as per organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate development planning data from all business units, create their execution roadmap, and distribute the training calendar to relevant stakeholders via Business Partners.
- Lead the execution of all training, including but not limited to evaluating training content, engaging trainers (both internal and external), finalizing nominations with Business Partners, and promoting internal learning portfolio.
- Develop and design training support documents, including training manuals, learning catalogues, and training roadmaps, to facilitate effective training execution.
- Promote an e-learning culture and optimize the utilization of the online learning platform by creating targeted and customized learning curations.
- Maintain monthly employee training records and updates, along with training dashboards, to keep HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders/ leadership teams informed about learning interventions throughout the year.
- Contribute to organization development interventions, such as the organization-wide cascade of the Employee Engagement Survey, conducting debrief sessions, consolidating EEI action items, and ensuring their continuous management.
- Contribute and support talent management by assisting in the yearly succession planning exercise and co-facilitating with the implementation and monitoring of action items across all business units.
- Support talent management through structured development of management ambassadors to cultivate leadership skills and promote organizational competencies among emerging leaders through a structured learning framework.
