About the job HR Business Partner
Requirements:
- BBA and/or MBA in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Business partnering.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct recruitment activities which may involve preparing Job advertisement, posting job to various platforms, shortlisting candidates, performing telephonic screening, scheduling interview rounds and preparing job offers to ensure that employee is selected through structured and transparent process.
- To implement employee onboarding process by supporting HRSS in collecting joining documents sending out joining announcements and by planning and scheduling employee orientation in coordination with departmental/functional heads, deliver HR orientation presentation and align all tools to ensure employee receive all the support to start a job.
- To perform compensation and benefit activities due Hire to retire cycle in collaboration with HR Shared Services such as salary determination, employee status changes, insurance addition and deletions, processing medical claims and loan applications to ensure that employee receive effective and timely services.
- To coordinate and implement training programs involving nomination collection from LMs, registration with internal and external service providers, collect and provide feedback to line managers on employee responses to support continuous learning culture and day to day behaviors.
- To facilitate employees to use Performance management system effectively through SAP Success factor, conduct refresher course and training on periodical basis on Objective setting process, Mid-year reviews and setting SMART objectives to ensure that objectives/KPIs are measurable to gage and improve performance.
- To implement employee engagement strategies by planning and managing employee engagement activities such as employee satisfaction surveys, one to one session, focus groups, exit interviews, social events, employee recognition etc. to create and maintain engaged and satisfied workforce.
- To collect data, present historical trend through HR dashboards and reports (Employee Master Data, recruitment efficiency, employee headcount and budget monitoring, exit interview, Talent Reviews and board packs) and provide inputs to analyze and control HR performance to take corrective actions to continuously improve.
