Senior Officer Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

• Education: BE (Textile) / BBA
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant textile experience.
• Skills: SAP, Textile Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Market Intelligence & Research, Commercial Acumen, and Logistics Knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide support in internal business activities in order to maintain high customer service level and meet company's sales targets. Manage the full relationship between a business and its key customers.
• To forecast order and communicate yarn and glove demand to factories, share analysis with line manager to identify growth opportunities in current and new markets to increase topline and strengthen pipeline.
• To conduct customer sales variance analysis on a monthly basis and coordinate with customer regarding order trends to fulfill monthly order requirement.
• Deliver consistent customer experience to demonstrate highest quality of product offering and responsiveness and to analyze customer complaints and provide resolution timely.
