Senior Officer - Production NDP Manual

Requirements:

Qualifications: B.E (Industrial Engineering and Management).

Experience: Candidate with 3 to 4 years of experience in production.

Responsibilities:

• 100% of risk assessment as per HSE Schedule, develop & comply with department wise injury prevention plan & perform at least two Management safety audit per month. 
•  Develop action plan to reduce rejection & reduce Overtime Ratio as per target
•  Deliver Plan vs Actual 
•  RCA of customer complaints 
•  Keep PI variance within defined limit 
•  Monthly trainings on Skills development 
•  Improve Supervisor Engagement 
•  Deliver improvement in Kwh/Dp and mmbtu/DP 
•  Review E&Y Process & Procedures and incorporate changes / gaps of each department. 
•  Ensure 100% compliance of policies and procedures related to elements/ guidelines of the Midas Safety Management (MSM) system and HSE responsibilities defined in Annexure-II for ready reference.
