Senior Associate Costing

Requirements:

Qualification: CMA  

Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry. 

Knowledge of SAP is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• The role also acts as a liaising agent between the Controlling department and other departments of the company with respect to various areas such as inventory analysis, costing & planning, financial reporting, taxation, etc. The job requires an acumen towards analyzing financial and non-financial data, cost trends and identifying areas for cost improvement.
• Maintain & organize master data in CO module, to capture business & financial data with accuracy & reliability. This includes correct allocation of cost to support functions, timely closure of all SAP activities that are pre-requisite for month end closing, etc.
• Product costing for 2,000 + SKUs for determination of sales price.
• Execution of Cost estimate (CE) for existing materials on quarterly basis and for new materials CE execute on need basis. 
Prepare different types of monthly costing reports for management.

• Production Variance Analysis Report.
• Department wise conversion Cost per unit of production
• R&D Expenses and material consumption.
• Inventory Aging reports and provision working as per policy.
• Sales Variance Analysis Report
• Material price variance analysis report.
• FI, COPA, SD sales reconciliation.
• Upload cost drivers/SKFs (MMBTU, KWAT & Head count) in SAP for the purpose of cost allocation.
• Assist team in preparation of annual budget.
• Budget & business KPI monitoring .
