Your Role:
As a Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR) while ensuring global compliance.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows, including digital provisioning and virtual orientations.
- Manage HR shared inboxes and ticketing systems to ensure all employee queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple time zones using smart scheduling tools and manage candidate communications.
- Support global people programs, including performance cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI initiatives.
- Execute administrative tasks such as drafting presentations, maintaining dashboards for recruiting metrics, and supporting HR leadership.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination or recruiting support, preferably within a tech or global environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools and standard productivity platforms (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and process discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for a global audience.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential data with discretion.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience supporting global compliance audits (ISO, SOC2, or GDPR).
- Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and dashboard maintenance.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to rapid changes in a tech-driven environment.
- Proactive "service orientation" with a knack for problem-solving.
- Experience working across diverse time zones.
