About the job Training Administrator
- Works closely with the field training managers and operations to ensure new hires successfully complete onboarding training requirements.
- Works closely with the field training managers to ensure the successful execution of department training objectives, including documentation and reporting.
- Support day-to-day activities for all Safety and Training staff. Including working with vendors, internal departments for purchase orders, technology needs, etc.
- Understand our customers’ requirements ensuring training program documentation and reporting are compliant.
- Maintain efforts in streamlining ILT and Computer Based Safety, Technical and Renewable Training.
- Maintain data for actionable reporting dashboards supporting all levels of the technical learning platform.
- Look for process improvement and enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with safety and training support team members to deliver excellent customer service to all MasTec employees.
- • Register, track training, competencies and completions for the Apprenticeship Program. This includes each apprentice, manager and training team members.
• Support new hire onboarding and continued employee compliance training with internal and external platforms.
• Assist employees with specific training which requires manual assigning, tracking and closeout.
• Assist internal Skills certification process.
• Apprenticeship registration and tracking.
