Your Role:

As a Videographer / Content Producer, you will lead the creative development and production of engaging video and multimedia content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand identity.

Specifically, you will:

• Develop and produce high-quality video content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Create internal communication and training videos to support business operations.
• Build, organize, and manage a comprehensive digital content library for both external marketing and internal training.
• Maintain and implement the company's visual style guide across all video content to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to brand and corporate standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate professionally with various stakeholders.
• Ensure all digital assets, documentation, and archived files are organized and maintained according to company standards.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, on Windows.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR and professional video camera systems (e.g., Canon, Nikon, Sony), lighting equipment, and editing software.
• Demonstrated ability to script, shoot, and edit video content from concept through final delivery while following brand guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Video Production, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Experience producing video and photography content within a retail environment.
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, products, suppliers, distribution, and store operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
