Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team in Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing and developing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success and development
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans and strategies to address any issues
- Set clear goals and targets for the team and track progress towards achieving them
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement new processes and strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Handle any escalated issues or concerns from team members or clients, and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and coaching techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
