Your Role:

As an AI Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems and improve decision-making.
Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment.
Work with large datasets to develop predictive models and intelligent systems.
Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (especially AI/ML services)
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
Experience with data engineering tools and pipelines (e.g., Spark, Airflow)
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional development teams
