Role responsibilities

● Be goaled on

○ The volume of outbound calls you can make to a targeted (pre-supplied) lead list (target 100+ calls / day)

○ The volume of successful meetings qualified and booked (target 20+ meetings booked / day)

○ The success rate of meetings to deals won (target >20% deal win rate)

● Research leads online (Google, Facebook) to pre-identify and understand their potential business needs

● Qualify and convert cold outbound leads into new business opportunities where fit is identified

● Conduct exploratory calls with prospect business owners to effectively quantify their business size, type, and needs with regards to payment terminal and point-of-sale technology, and identify any pain points / opportunities that can be communicated to the Account Executive ina dvance of their meeting

● Book meetings for Account Executives directly in their Google Calendar with confirmed deals, with detailed follow-up notes supplied (via Hubspot) and email confirmation templates sent to both the Account Executive and the lead, to deliver a warm handover

● Deliver fantastic merchant experiences through polite, engaging, friendly phone calls and email conversations

● Educate prospective merchants on Zeller’s solutions and value propositions

● Deliver rigorous and detailed handover notes about merchant accounts to Zeller Account Executives

● Stay up-to-date with Zeller’s value propositions, product offerings, client services structure, pricing structure
● Become a product evangelist and subject matter expert on all things Zeller
