Point of Sales Support:
•
80 Percentage Pricing and Promotions related POS support responded within 24 hours.
2.
Promotional Program Loading:
•
Ensure the Promotional Program is loaded onto the QuickFuel system promptly.
•
Ensure Permanent Promotions and Location-based Promotions are up to date.
•
Ensure the Tobacco Programs are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly.
3.
Network Price maintenance and Price Change Implementation:
•
Coordinate network updates to ensure up-to-date Price and Cost files across National, State and Site Locations match the ERP master file.
•
Ensure Price changes are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly and meet required deadlines for network updated.
4.
Point of Sales Touch Screen Management:
•
Ensure up-to-date management of the Touch Screen Keyboard across National, State and Site Locations.
5.
Point of Sale Advertising Media Loading:
•
Ensure Advertising Media is loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly.
Key Accountabilities (Key activities, deliverables, and metrics)
•
Point of Sales Support:
•
Troubleshoot product scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including Pricing and product not scanning due to not being in the current Price file.
•
Troubleshoot promotion scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including Promotion mechanism, Promotional Price and Promotion not scanning.
•
Promotional Programs:
•
Load the Monthly Promotional program onto the QuickFuel System
•
Load and maintain currency of Permanent and Location Promotions on the QuickFuel System.
•
Load Tobacco Pricing Programs onto the QuickFuel System
•
Ensure accurate entry of Promotion details, by Product range, Dates and Locations.
•
Liaise with Marketing to load promotional advertising media onto QuickFuel System.
•
Maintain currency of advertising media.
•
Network Price maintenance and Price Change Implementation:
•
Coordinate network refreshes of all price change programs ensuring the network is scanning the current approved master price files.
•
Ensure Price changes are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly.
•
Point of Sales Touch Screen Management:
•
Manage Touch Screen Keyboard across National, State and Site Locations.
•
Create new product/promotion Touch Screen buttons.
•
Provide recommendations on the current Touch Screen, improving efficiency and usability for the end user.
