Your Role:
As a Facilities & Admin Senior Manager, you will:
Lead, manage, and develop the Facilities & Admin Leads/Managers and their extended teams through coaching and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement, service transformation, and operational excellence while managing operational costs and cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee overall site maintenance, workplace experience, and critical equipment uptime to ensure employee comfort and safety.
- Achieve company, site, and departmental KPIs and scorecard targets.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and local regulations such as PEZA, BOI, DOE, BFP, LGU, and DENR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and People & Partnerships, to manage operational interdependencies.
- Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and overall contract performance.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 3–5 years of management experience in facilities or property management, preferably within the BPO sector.
- Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.Strong technical expertise in space planning, workplace strategy, and building maintenance.
- Proven experience in business continuity, risk planning, and sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive standards across multiple sites.
- Preferred skills/expertise Proven track record in strategic thinking and portfolio optimization.
- Expertise in resolving high-level escalations and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in a large-scale BPO or managed services environment.
