Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales target.
- Deliver high quality, sustainable sales in the defined market.
- Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.
- Stay current with the industry trending and market conditions to position Moneris as a value added.

Prior Experience
- Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course
- Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
- Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
- Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Hardworking and trainable
- Pleasing and outgoing personality.
