Your Role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Daily processing of invoices in Abbyy, making sure that the invoices are coded correctly.
• Assist the Compliance Team regarding supplier issues such as adding, reactivating suppliers, and updating banking details in PIQ by sending them requests via email and reaching out to the suppliers.
• Responds to outside vendor/supplier queries and internal employees.
• Payment run process
• Responsible for invoices in CIX under the status Inactive Supplier, Duplicate, No external approver, and CRN Blank.
• Assisting the AP team in clearing the AP mailbox.
• Monitoring the invoices in CIX under the status "Pending Approval".
• Responsible for the resolution of invoice issues and problems.
• Provide updates to strata managers regarding the status of invoices, as requested.
• 1Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

• You will be required to develop an understanding and working knowledge of strata-specific legislation for the particular state/territory and other relevant legislation.
• Knowledge/understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel and Gmail
• Excellent customer service and people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
