Stakeholders – Work in partnership with SOMs/Field Management and other stakeholders to understand roles, attract candidates and recruit
Process new Job Reqs (delegate to recruitment admin where available), ensure understand of role, mandatory requirements and what the stakeholder is looking for
Ensure vacancies are fillable. Investigate opportunities to combine roles to create fillable work offers. Engage stakeholders and escalate where required
Attract candidate through advertising (internally and externally, within budget), talent database search, social media, referrals, clubs and associations, local area marketing etc. Investigate other methods as required for problem areas
Ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand and policies. Making sure each job posting accurately reflects the role's responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications
Screen applicants for open roles, with the aim of placing all quality candidates. All candidates to be screened and contacted within 24 hours of first contact with the business
Refer potential candidates to stakeholders for second screening (unless authorised to offer to suitable candidates, without second screening). Work with stakeholders to ensure second screenings are completed as booked and accepted by the team and candidate
Conducting interviews (as required) with stakeholders
Conducting reference checks for suitable candidates (if required)
Make attempts to overcome barriers to work, escalate to management/Ops as required
Make offers/confirm employment with suitable candidates
Arrange employment contracts, SAP onboarding, Police Checks and all other necessary documentation (delegate to recruitment admin where available)
Keep accurate records for candidates ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and accessibility for hiring managers and fellow recruiters
Facilitate communication ensuring clear and timely feedback between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a positive candidate experience
Support new recruits as required during the handover process
Ensure candidates have as responsive and positive experience as possible. Comply with agreed processes, standards and candidate/stakeholder comms
Participate in team meetings and contribute to casual recruitment development projects
Report to management as required
Support the business by recruiting for other areas/portfolios as required to cover recruiter absence
