Job Title/Position Data Entry Clerk I (Ancora)
Job Responsibilities
On our imaging website application, view the invoice image and type the information according to the guidelines shown
Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
Any tasks assigned or mandated by Data Entry Team Lead
Qualifications
Familiar on OCR application
Call Center Experience NOT required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fast and accurate. We track speed and accuracy of employees.
Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical skills.
Efficient Multitasking ability.
Prior Experience
1-2 years
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
