JOB DESCRIPTION

Mid-Weight/Intermediate Graphic Designers

Role Purpose

As part of the in-house agency model, the Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready design outputs across product, packaging, catalogue, and multi-channel marketing.

Operating within a structured, workflow-driven studio environment, this role supports the delivery of scalable creative outputs by executing briefs with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. The role plays a key part in translating product and creative direction into commercially viable, technically correct design across all channels.

Working closely with the Creative Studio Lead, this role contributes to a high-volume, AI-enabled production model, ensuring all work aligns to defined standards, workflows, and brand requirements.

With a strong foundation in packaging and retail production, this role ensures outputs are not only visually strong but also fit for purpose across print, digital, and in-store execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver multi-format design outputs across packaging, catalogue, digital, and retail environments

● Translate creative briefs into structured, production-ready design solutions

● Execute packaging artwork across multiple SKUs with accuracy and consistency

● Prepare files for print, digital, and in-store production to required specifications

● Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs

● Apply feedback efficiently and accurately across iterations

● Manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced production environment

● Ensure all outputs meet brand, product, and production standards

● Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver aligned and effective creative



Qualifications

This role suits a designer with strong production capability, packaging experience, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured, high-volume environment.

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house environment

● Strong product and packaging design experience with end-to-end retail production knowledge

● Experience across packaging, catalogue production, and multi-channel asset delivery

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

● Strong understanding of packaging formats, dielines, and print production, including materials and finishes

● Ability to work within structured workflows and deliver production-ready outputs

● Familiarity with Monday.com and workflow-driven environments

● Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume production environments

● Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and output quality

● Proven experience using AI-enabled content creation tools, with the ability to apply them within creative production workflows

● Comfortable and adaptable in working with evolving AI tools in a creative environment



Preferred Skills

● Experience in retail, FMCG, cross-channel marketing

● Exposure to templated or data-driven design systems

● Familiarity with workflow tools such as Monday.com

● Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or automation workflows

● Basic understanding of motion or digital content formats
