Your Role:

As an ERP Administrator / Consultant, you will:
Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Support end users by troubleshooting ERP-related issues and providing functional and technical guidance.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and system enhancements.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, integrations, and data migrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve ERP processes and workflows.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, or supply chain
Experience in ERP system configuration, support, or implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred skills/expertise
Experience with ERP reporting tools and data analysis
Familiarity with SQL or basic database querying
Understanding of system integrations and APIs
Experience in ERP upgrades, migrations, or implementations
Experience working in cross-functional or Agile environments
