Your role:

Must-Haves:

• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC job boards

• Ability to independently source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle

• Strong candidate assessment and screening capability

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders

• Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and able to work independently

• Strong coordination and operational ownership

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Greenhouse and/or GoodTime

• Experience recruiting within digital media, advertising, marketing, or agency environments

• Familiarity with SG and/or APAC hiring markets

• Experience supporting regional recruitment programs
