About the job Procurement Associate

The Procurement Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing

activities — from processing daily purchase requests and sourcing vendors to

coordinating deliveries and payments. This role involves vendor evaluation and

negotiation to ensure cost efficiency and quality, maintaining accurate purchase and

vendor records, and handling import/export and telecom-related requirements. The ideal

candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and open to exploring process improvements to

enhance procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

● Process daily purchase requests from different departments and sites in a timely manner.

● Manage tickets and Bill of Materials (BOM) requests accurately.

● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and service reliability.

● Manage vendor relationships and maintain updated accreditation and performance records.

● Solicit and analyze vendor quotations and prepare cost comparison summaries.

● Create, monitor, and maintain purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies, and other materials.

● Track and confirm the receipt and delivery of purchased goods and services.

● Coordinate with requestors and Finance for invoice processing and payment tracking.

● Process importation and exportation requirements, including government permits such as NTC, OMB, BOC and GTSB.

● Handle renewal and termination requests for corporate telecom plans.

● Support process improvement initiatives and be open to exploring better ways of working.
