Key responsibilities of this role

 Process weekly / fortnightly payrolls for Monadelphous

(mainly Australia, but also some PNG, NZ and other

international payroll activities).

 Run Payroll audits and check for errors.

 Ensure payroll deductions are applied as requested.

 Data entry for set and maintenance of employee

records.

 Organise production and distribution of pay slips to

employees.

 Producing and processing manual pays and

termination payments.

 Investigate and resolve payroll queries from

employees and sites.

 Complement monthly payroll reconciliations.

 Generating reports related to employee information.

 Maintain a strong service culture within the Payroll

team.

 Look at opportunities to improve customer service.

 Maintain records of accrued entitlements for individual

employees in accordance with their respective

Industrial (labour) Agreements.

 Be aware of and keep up to date with the applicable

pay and allowances for all classifications of employee.

 Ensure that all new hire paperwork is received in a

timely and accurate fashion to allow for efficient

processing of wage payments.

 Maintain filing systems for payroll documentation.

 Run advanced costing module for commercial

reporting

 Updating external portals for third party payments.
