Your Role:

As a Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across digital platforms while leveraging Generative AI tools to improve production efficiency, enhance creativity, and support SEO optimization.

Specifically, you will:

• Develop and write blog articles, engaging social media posts, and seasonal campaign content using AI while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to support content ideation, drafting, editing, and repurposing while applying human oversight for fact-checking and quality assurance.
• Create and refine AI prompts to continuously improve content quality and optimize internal workflows.
• Upload and maintain website and blog content within the CMS, ensuring all content is customer-focused, accurate, and SEO-optimized.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and alt text, using AI-assisted keyword clustering.
• Manage content calendars in collaboration with internal teams and prepare weekly and monthly reports on organic visibility, engagement, and content performance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, complete administrative tasks on time, and ensure digital assets are properly archived according to company standards.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in a professional environment, including prompt development and AI-powered content workflows.
• Experience managing, uploading, and updating website content through CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and their best practices.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and English proofreading skills with strong attention to detail and knowledge of on-page SEO.
• Strong digital literacy, AI proficiency, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Professional communication skills with a collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Content Creation, Communications, AI, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a retail marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content for regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and messaging accuracy.
