Your Role

As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist, you will:

  • Apply customer payments accurately to open invoices (ACH, wire, and check)

  • Identify and flag unapplied or incorrectly applied payments with proper documentation

  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system with accuracy (vendor details, amount, coding, approvals)

  • Organize and maintain invoice documentation

  • Escalate discrepancies or missing information promptly

  • Ensure high accuracy, attention to detail, and timely completion of tasks

  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain clear communication with the finance team

What You Need (Non-negotiables)

  • At least 2 years of accounting/finance experience, with strong data entry skills

  • Hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
