About the job Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, editing, and publishing social media content across brand channels
- Monitor and engage with online communities (DMs, comments, TikTok/Facebook interactions)
- Support campaign execution, including influencer outreach, seeding coordination, and shipment tracking
- Manage and update product listings across TikTok Shop and Shopify (descriptions, images, pricing, collections)
- Execute promotions such as discounts, bundles, and coupons across e-commerce platforms
- Maintain and update internal trackers (campaign calendar, affiliate funnel, asset library)
- Support paid advertising by preparing and organizing creative assets
- Assist with e-commerce operations, including order monitoring and basic customer service inquiries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong skills in content editing (photo/video) and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Asana, and other editing platforms; Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Shopify experience is mandatory, including familiarity with app integrations.
