Your Role:

Sourcing Specialist:

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with a deep understanding of talent markets. This fully remote role will focus on proactively identifying and engaging licensed physical therapists and other clinical professionals to support our national hiring needs. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and regional leaders to proactively identify and engage prospective candidates to build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically source clinical talent using platforms including Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates for physical therapy and allied health roles
• Support the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team as needed on administrative tasks and projects
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand key requirements and target profiles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in critical markets, proactively mapping talent in underserved or competitive regions
• Engage candidates through compelling outreach and nurture tactics, ensuring a strong candidate experience from first touch
• Leverage data and analytics to report on sourcing activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health
• Stay informed on emerging sourcing technologies and AI, industry trends, licensure requirements, and regional workforce challenges in physical therapy and outpatient rehab

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, allied health, or commission-driven environments
• Hands-on experience with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, and resume databases like Indeed Resume
• Confidence in cold-calling and strategic sales & marketing delivery methods
• Strong communication skills and ability to personalize outreach at scale
  Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Paycor, iCIMS, Greenhouse)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused
• Team player and collaborative spirit to positively impact team hiring outcomes
