Job Summary:

Representative will be required to provide end-to-end customer support, addressing customer enquiries via email/ticketing system and phone channels. Including but not limited to:

  • Web order troubleshooting & returns

  • Post-purchase experience support

  • Store support

  • Shipping & delivery investigations

  • Loyalty program administration

  • Website troubleshooting

This representative will be required to provide support and advice over-the-phone and in writing; confidence in both written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex and sensitive customer interactions to resolve concerns constructively, will help them to thrive in this role.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Including written and verbal communications

  • Proficiency in English

  • Experience with Zendesk valuable (not essential)

  • Proactive, passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving customer problems.

  • Agile mindset, with confidence in multi-tasking and independently managing BAU workload.

  • Works well in a team environment and is comfortable taking direction.

  • 1+ years customer service experience, email + phone experience preferred.
