Your Role:

As a Front-End Developer / UI Engineer, you will:

• Build intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across web applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to transform concepts and wireframes into high-quality digital products.
• Develop, test, and maintain reusable UI components using modern front-end frameworks while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement responsive designs, accessibility standards, and front-end best practices to deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
• Participate in code reviews, source control, and CI/CD workflows while continuously improving UI quality through testing and component-driven development.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience using GitHub for source control, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or NgRx.
• Experience developing, documenting, and testing UI components using Storybook.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment.
