Your role:

This role is focused on consistent execution of repeatable implementation and service delivery activities, helping ensure timely customer activation, accurate documentation, and a smooth overall deployment experience.


Education & Experience

1+ year of experience in customer onboarding, service delivery, implementation support, telecommunications, or related operational environments preferred

Experience supporting repeatable customer deployments or service requests in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, partners, or third-party providers to support service delivery timelines


Technical & Operational Skills

Basic understanding of service activation, provisioning, implementation coordination, or similar operational workflows

Ability to support small-scope customer implementations using established processes, timelines, and quality standards

Experience monitoring requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring process compliance

Ability to coordinate equipment orders, shipment tracking, and vendor follow-up when needed

Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates, and status notes within internal systems

Support customer deployments by following defined workflows, handoff points, and escalation paths

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work within standardized workflows and service timelines

Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and external stakeholders

Customer-focused mindset with commitment to consistency and quality


Nice to Have

Familiarity with ticketing, CRM, or service delivery platforms (such as Zendesk)

Exposure to telecom, provisioning, porting, or similar service activation environments

Experience supporting multi-site or repeatable rollout projects

Prior experience in VoIP, UCaaS, or telecommunications environments
