Location: SM Downtown, Cagayan De Oro City

Your Role: 

As a Sales Operations Support Officer, you will provide essential support by supplying proof of advertisement appearance for booked ads. You will:

• Locate and view tearsheets sent by newspapers to verify proof of advertisement appearance.

• Run booking reports and cross-reference them with received member paper emails.

• Save and name tearsheets correctly into designated Dropbox folders.

• Manage the end-to-end process of naming and saving proof of appearance to appropriate file folders.

What You Need: Non-negotiables

• Previous work experience in administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional (PDF).

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

• Ability to problem-solve and work autonomously.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Knowledge of the Advertising or Media landscape.

• Knowledge of Regional Australia.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• High level of trustworthiness, adaptability, and flexibility.
