We are seeking a hands-on Finance Officer to support end-to-end transactional finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Trust & Settlements.

This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls, while supporting cash flow and operational efficiency across the business. Time frame as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Transactional Finance (Core)

  • Process supplier invoices and customer billings accurately and on time
  • Match POs, invoices, and receipts with strong attention to detail
  • Allocate and reconcile payments; follow up on outstanding receivables and discrepancies
  • Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely manner

Auction processing (Critical)

  • Process and reconcile buyer, seller, and settlement of transactions in line with regulatory requirements
  • Support month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and audit queries
  • Process settlements, refunds, and manual billings accurately
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies

Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Use SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Contribute to process improvements across finance operations

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

  • Experience in transactional finance (AP, AR, reconciliation)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills (internal & external stakeholders)
  • Experience with SAP systems

Preferred

  • Exposure to trust accounting or settlements environment
  • Experience in high-volume or shared services finance teams
  • Understanding of regulated or audit-driven environments

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting
