Your Role:
As a Photogrammtric QC Analyst - Talent Pool, you will:

Your are responsible for evaluating aerial imagery and flight acquisition data
throughout the production lifecycle. This role ensures that imagery meets the companies quality
standards by identifying image defects, validating flight coverage, reviewing geospatial accuracy,
and verifying the integrity of processed image products. You will play a critical role in
maintaining the accuracy and reliability of aerial imagery used in property intelligence and
geospatial data solutions.

- Review aerial imagery and flight data to verify image quality, coverage, and compliance with
production standards before processing and release.
- Inspect imagery for defects such as blur, cloud cover, haze, shadows, motion artifacts,
camera malfunctions, and other environmental or hardware related issues that may impact
image quality.
- Analyze flight paths and acquisition data to ensure complete coverage and identify gaps,
overlaps, or deviations that require corrective action.
- Perform quality checks on image processing workflows, including image stitching,
mosaicking, and alignment validation to ensure accurate and seamless outputs.
- Identify and document imagery anomalies, positional inaccuracies, and geospatial
inconsistencies, escalating issues that may require reflights or reprocessing.
- Validate processed imagery against established quality standards.
- Collaborate with flight operations, image processing, and production teams to investigate
quality issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain production records, quality reports, and audit documentation while meeting
operational deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables:

• Advanced English Level B2
• Availability to work on site
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelors degree preferred
• Good computer skills – easy navigation between different systems, saving files, and loading files
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice to Haves

- Experience with GIS, remote sensing, photogrammetry, or image processing software.

- Knowledge of aerial survey operations and image acquisition workflows.

- Experience working with large geospatial datasets and imagery libraries.

- Understanding of coordinate systems, map projections, and spatial accuracy concepts.
