- They would handle incoming customer support by phone, and e-mail using our ticket tracking system (salesforce) guiding the client through corrective steps and/or training.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Guiding customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues.
- Implementing new customers on onboarding workflow via appointments (for when they move up levels)
- Manage new client onboarding groundwork in preparation for initial setup consultation.
- Manage ticketing & respond to client questions.
- Coordinate client communication
- Develop specialized expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems.
- Communicating with the team, supervisors and internal stakeholders
- Ongoing Training & Individual Development Plans
- Answer sales phone calls and guide them to schedule an appointment with salesman
