Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to client questions and inquiries via phone and email regarding products, services, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues by utilizing company systems and identifying ways to improve the overall user experience.
- Execute transactional tasks including administrative work, inbound call handling, and outbound follow-ups.
- Manage data entry processes for new accounts, site setups, and various service requests.
- Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), efficiency targets, and resolution goals.
- Escalate complex issues and inquiries to the Team Leader to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Clear and articulate verbal and written English communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with digital tools.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Proximity to office: Must reside within 60 to 90 minutes of the work location.
- Flexibility to work shifting schedules as required by the business.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Front-of-house contact center experience combined with back-office administrative skills.
- Experience handling Australian, New Zealand, or UK accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
