About the job Sales Team Leader

*Onboard new team members endorsed by the learning and development team with hands-on training and regular coaching.
* Train personnel to excel in their roles and ensure they stay up to date as processes evolve and improve
*Monitor qualitative individual performance through regular call monitoring, email review, QA, etc.
* Provided regular feedback to your team on their performance against goals, interpersonal behavior, and opportunities for improvements; positively reinforce the good; quickly eradicate the not-so-good
*Monitor quantitative team performance against SLAs, sales goals, and KPIs, and deliver regular reports and new initiatives
* Performance management including the issuance of corrective actions that may involve dismissal of underperforming staff in line with company policies

*Work directly with your team members to prioritize and implement process improvements and new initiatives
*Handle concerns of team members that involves but are not limited to: payroll or commission, customer escalations, and product queries
