Your Role:

As a Sr. Operations & Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Maintain accurate stock records across systems, including production, dispatch, and stock adjustments.
  • Update daily raw material and finished goods stock levels using multiple Excel worksheets.
  • Conduct and input weekly stock takes, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports covering stock levels, production output, and OTIF performance.
  • Book transport and support dispatch coordination activities.
  • Update production trackers (bonding, trimming, CNC progress) and manage related email communications.
  • Order consumables such as packaging and workwear using ERP systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and adherence to repeatable operational processes.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational systems.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining quality.

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics role.
  • Familiarity with stock control and inventory management processes.
  • Experience using Sage or similar ERP systems.
  • Background in preparing operational or performance reports.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments.
