Your Role:
As a People & Partnerships Specialist, you will support Client Experience and People & Culture initiatives across MicroSourcing Colombia. You will partner closely with Client Experience Account Managers (CEAMs), internal departments, and employees to ensure strong client relationships, smooth HR operations, and a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Client Strategy & Experience

  • Support the CE Account Manager in managing assigned clients, contributing to EBITDA, client growth, reduced attrition, Client NPS, and Employee NPS
  • Assist clients with operational setup and ongoing support, including performance management, rewards and recognition, engagement initiatives, employee development plans, and business continuity
  • Serve as a backup resource for client management and related administrative work

Growth & Operations Support

  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and identify opportunities to expand their operations
  • Assist in reviewing operational structures, processes, and policies, recommending improvements as needed
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintain accurate account records, track client requests, and support timely and accurate billing inputs

Employee Onboarding & Records Management

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements with onboarding POCs and follow up on pending documentation within defined timelines
  • Receive and validate company and government benefits applications
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
  • Maintain and manage employee records (201 files), ensuring completeness and confidentiality

Pay, Benefits & Timekeeping

  • Process company and government-mandated benefits and related reporting
  • Track new hires and attrition for benefits administration and compliance
  • Support benefits remittance tracking and employee inquiries
  • Handle attendance, PTO monitoring, AMRs, and timekeeping reports for payroll purposes
  • Prepare and submit reports related to new hires, attrition, and RPAs

Employee Relations

  • Support disciplinary case documentation, including NTEs and decision memos, ensuring due process
  • Guide teams on the correct application of the Code of Conduct
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance coordination
  • Monitor contract end dates and appraisal milestones (regularization, 3rd and 5th month reviews)

Employee Engagement & Organizational Development

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events, managing logistics and vendor coordination
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and discussions to recommend improvements
  • Support Organizational Development initiatives such as performance appraisals
  • Prepare monthly People & Culture reports for assigned verticals

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace
  • Report workplace hazards and support health and safety initiatives
  • Complete required training, compliance activities, and professional development programs


What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, client experience, or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bogotá, Colombia
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
