Your Role:
As an ICT Quoting Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational success of our Managed Network Services business. You will be responsible for developing accurate and timely quotations, managing contract renewals, supporting procurement and order processing activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, vendors, and customers, you will help drive operational excellence, commercial compliance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Commercial Support
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotations for Managed Network Services and related ICT solutions.
- Develop quotes covering hardware, software, maintenance, licensing, subscriptions, and managed service offerings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to validate customer requirements, solution design, and pricing.
- Ensure all quotations comply with commercial policies, pricing frameworks, and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with vendors and OEMs to obtain pricing, secure deal registrations, and maximize commercial opportunities.
Customer Renewals Management
- Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing ICT contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare renewal quotations within agreed timeframes.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop competitive renewal proposals that support customer retention and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful and timely renewal outcomes.
Order & Contract Management
- Support sales order creation, procurement coordination, and contract administration activities.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, order, and contract records within SAP or equivalent systems.
- Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
Operational Support
- Manage and action incoming requests through workflow and ticket management systems.
- Monitor and meet service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of operational issues and escalations.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the quoting and commercial support function.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers.
- Provide regular updates on quotations, renewals, orders, and operational activities.
- Communicate professionally and proactively to ensure positive stakeholder outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Support automation initiatives and the implementation of best practices across quoting, procurement, and contract management functions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What You Need:
Experience:
- 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery
- Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.
- Experience with order management
- SAP and salesforce experience desirable
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
