Your Role:

As a HR Data Admin, you will be responsible for:

  • Execute and monitor all job requests from Points of Contact (POCs), ensuring 100% adherence to specific timeframes and service level agreements.
  • Lead the onboarding and technical training for newly hired HR Data Admins to ensure consistent application of company protocols.
  • Maintain and update all HR trackers and databases in real-time to ensure accurate and timely End-of-Day (EOD) reporting.
  • Carry out all data processing activities in strict accordance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and established workflows.
  • Audit HR data entries for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies in employee records or permit documentation.


What You Need:

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data administration, records management, or a high-volume data-centric role.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet strict, requester-defined deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of global HR compliance standards and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR or local equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to improve internal tracking processes or reporting templates for better efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in EOD reports to support HR decision-making.
