Facilities Queue Coordinator

The Facilities Queue Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management of the Jira Service

Management work order queue, ensuring the timely triage, allocation, and resolution of facilities-related

reactive and planned maintenance requests across FLG clubs.

As the primary point of contact for incoming facilities work orders, the role assesses and assigns requests

to internal technicians and external contractors in accordance with established procedures and the

Confluence knowledge base. The position works closely with club teams, support office stakeholders,

contractors, and the Facilities team to ensure service levels are achieved and works are completed to the

required standard.

The role also manages the Facilities shared inbox, raises corrective work orders from approved quotations,

and supports the Facilities Operations Manager with knowledge base administration, reporting, and other

operational initiatives as required.
