Job Summary:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing to customers. This role supports revenue assurance by validating billing data, resolving discrepancies, and processing client balance transactions under partnership with CSPs and Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition, client balance information and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing Operations

a. Prepare, review, adjust and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with CSP

instruction.

b. Ensure billing is completed within the defined timelines and in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

c. Process WIP and matter credit transfers based on billing schedules and CSP requests.

d. Coordinate closely with appropriate departments to resolve complex billing issues.

e. Support credit note and rebill process as required.

f. Adhere to policies, procedures, internal controls and maintain the highest level of attention to detail at all times.

Revenue Assurance and Controls

a. Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies, and internal/external control

requirements.

b. Maintain complete documentation for audit trails and billing approvals.

c. Support internal and external audit requests related to billing and revenue.

Reporting and Analytics

a. Prepare billing reports, ageing analysis, and variance explanations.

b. Track billing accuracy, cycle time, and error rates.

c. Identify trends and recommended process improvements to reduce rework and disputes.

Process improvement

a. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in billing workflows.

b. Support system enhancements, automation, and process standardization efforts.

c. Assist in testing new billing tools, ERP upgrades, and workflow solutions.
