About the job Project Administrator

This role provides high quality administrative support to the Perth based Personnel Logistics Group and their customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing of employee handover emails and associated data entry and management in company and customer systems
  • Issuing of customer required E-Learning
  • Adhoc reporting as required
  • Scheduled auditing of data entry and certification uploads to ensure data integrity
  • Review and verification of employee certificates in line with client training matrix requirements
  • Escalation of employee certificate issues or concerns to Perth based Personnel Logistics Group team
  • Responds to information requests and queries in timely manner

Work closely with Perth based Personnel Logistics Group team members to track readiness of assigned task completion
