Your Role
As an AU Property Management Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Lease Renewals /continuations
  • Rent Reviews
  • Monitoring joint inbox's
  • routine inspections booking and scheduling
  • Entering New Managements in the system ( we use Property Tree)
  • Revenue redirections
  • Draft Rental Ads
  • Entering Invoices
  • General Auditing
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Australian Real Estate industry, particularly in property management
  • Has experience in tenancy applications, tenancy renewals, smoke alarm, invoicing, and other general PMA tasks.
  • Experience in Property Tree software, MS Office, Agentbox, and Sorted Services is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Someone who is friendly and enthusiastic
  • Demonstrated proactiveness, has initiative, and is flexible to any changes
  • Process and Technology Driven, able to pick up new processes quickly
  • Great work ethic and a desire to deliver beyond expectations
