Your Role:

As a Junior NOC Support Associate, you will:

• Monitor network devices, servers, and applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and minimal downtime.
• Respond to system alerts and incidents by troubleshooting network, server, and application issues according to established procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate teams while maintaining accurate incident logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, perform scheduled maintenance, and implement network changes.
• Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions while maintaining knowledge of network topology, IT infrastructure, and operational procedures.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Network Operations, IT Support, or a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, as well as network monitoring tools.
• Experience troubleshooting network, server, and application issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments and following incident management processes.
• Ability to work a hybrid setup, mid-shift schedule, and participate in on-call support when required.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are an advantage.
