Your role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments. This is a high-volume outreach role focused on initiating conversations—not heavily qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and email prospective clients from provided lead lists

• Introduce our services in a clear and professional manner

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of outreach in CRM

• Follow basic scripts and outreach processes

• Conduct follow-ups as needed to secure meetings

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails daily

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
