Roles and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the team Assistant Vice President (“AVP”), Supervisors – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary are responsible for assisting the management team with migrations, and projects, routine deliverables, and mentoring 1-4 junior staff members considered direct reports. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Revenue Opportunities
▪ manage the contract review allocation of each applicable jurisdiction while ensuring accurate identification of service caps stipulated, and timely completion;
▪ work with junior staff members to manage the quality control of each applicable jurisdiction;
▪ maintain the database of each applicable jurisdiction, and ensure newly onboarded clients are included in the review list;
▪ liaise with stakeholders across applicable jurisdictions, and manage changes as well as expectations;
▪ enhance, and streamline the overall revenue opportunities process; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Assistant Vice Presidents, as necessary.


Delaware Entity Services/Global Entity Services
▪ manage the deliverable allocation of each workstream while ensuring accurate, and timely completion;
▪ work with junior staff members to manage the quality control of each workstream;
▪ establish good communication with stakeholders, and manage changes as well as expectations;
▪ enhance, and streamline the overall Delaware Entity Services/Global Entity Services workstream in Manila CoE;
▪ document, and plan applicable changes with operating procedures; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Assistant Vice Presidents, as necessary.


Docusign/Document Filing
▪ manage the deliverable allocation while ensuring accurate, and timely completion based on established Fiduciary guidelines;
▪ work with junior staff members to manage the quality control;
▪ enhance, and streamline the overall Docusign/Document Filing workstream;
▪ identify, generate, and publish monthly KPIs for management reporting; and
▪ perform review tasks, and help cover responsibilities of Assistant Vice Presidents, as necessary.

▪ developing a continuous learning plan in conjunction with the management team.


Risk Management
▪ acting in accordance with legal, regulator, and internal risk management requirements, including complying with all MFS policies and procedures, and internal guidance notes; and
▪ reporting business issues to the Senior Vice President, and Global Head of Service Line.

▪ understanding, and speaking knowledgably about the firm’s services, and their value;

▪ delivering engagements on time, and to the client’s full satisfaction;

Other
▪ facilitate the migration of new processes, if any;
▪ responsible for training 1-4 junior staff members considered direct reports;
▪ planning, implementation, and supervision of the daily workflow of junior staff members considered direct reports;
▪ assisting the management team with compilation of management, and risk reporting data; and
▪ assisting with ad-hoc projects, including reporting, as required.
